Luxury vacation rental, Private Villa in Granada Nicaragua, vacation rental with pool
My husband is retired from Marketing for Long term Care facilities, and I am a retired Registered Nurse and Director of Operations for a Home Health company. We have been married for 31 years and raised a blended family of five children. God has seen fit to bless us with twenty-four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
As strong Christians we feel really blessed to have the opportunity to own a villa in Nicaragua and pray that we are able to honor GOD with it.
Casa Anita is a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives and a great place to call home when in Nicaragua. We hope and pray that if you should desire to stay at Casa Anita, you too will feel at home.
Why the Owner Chose Granada
My husband first traveled to Nicaragua in 1971 and was intrigued by the culture, however he was not able to return again until 2008 when we met up with his college roommate and friends who are originally from Nicaragua. We both fell in love instantly with the warm people and the beautiful country and are in awe of the astonishing architecture and unique culture. We have intentions in the next few years of retiring to Nicaragua, however in the meantime thought we could enjoy our own piece of heaven. We decided to purchase this villa for a vacation home and rental until we retire.
Casa Anita (named after me, at the insistence of our Nicaraguan friends) is just 1 & 1/2 block from Mercedes Cathedral and 3 blocks from Central Park. In Central Park you will find anything you like from Horse Carriage rides to local art and crafts. Restaurants and Night Life surround Central Park. Just about 6 blocks further and you are at the 7th largest lake in the world. You can take a boat ride to the Isleta's (Islands) and feed the monkeys on Monkey Island, swim, fish or just admire the serenity of it. Granada is a beautiful town with great architecture and amazing history. As a vacation rental in Granada, it is centrally located enough to be able to travel to other areas in Nicaragua without having to stay overnight. With just an hour and half trip to San Juan Del Sur, you can enjoy the beach, surf and fresh seafood and still make it back to Granada in time for dinner. You are only 45 minutes away from Managua, where you can find all the more modern shopping and entertaining venues.
You will not find a better place to stay in Granada.
